  1. The Secretary of the Steering Committee of CEGGS, SCom, D. Berek opened the meeting and greeted participants. The Chairman of CEGSS SCom B. Buszewski proposed to express their gratitude to E. Rosenberg for organizing the successful 23d ISSS. The proposal was unanimously accepted.
  2. Based on the decision of Steering Committee during its meeting in Torun, Milan Hutta, Comenius University, Bratislava was inaugurated as a new member of the Steering committee of CEGSS. He was cordially greeted with the SCom members.
  3. According to the decision of Scom in Vienna, the 24rd ISSS was to be organized in Slovakia. Milan Hutta agreed to take over the organization. He has presented in detail his proposal on both the term (June 17 to 20), place (Jasna in the Low Tatra Mountains) and the format of Symposium. M. Hutta and R. Gora informed about the progress in the organization. The proposal was unanimously accepted.
  4. Future ISSS Symposia: B. Buszewski proposed the site of 25th ISSS in Łódź, PL. He has discussed with Prof. Czaplicka-Kaluzna, who expressed hear readiness to organize the meeting. The SCom agreed with the proposal. Site of ISSS 26 is so far open. M. Gertsiuk will organize it, depending on the development of the situation in Ukraine. Both V. Coman and D. Corradini expressed their readiness to organize ISSS 2020 if the situation would deserve it.
  5. The next SCom meeting will take place during 24rd ISSS in Jasna, SK.
  6. B. Buszewski thanked the SCom members of their support of 23rd ISSS and closed the meeting.
